Anna Boon, a Suffolk-based sculptor, has been creating thought-provoking figurative works since 2008. From her garden studio, she transforms recycled materials into intricate sculptures, cast in limited-edition bronze, iron, and stone. Each piece is meticulously finished with a weathered patina and wax.
Boon's sculptures capture the ethereal beauty and dynamic movement of the human figure. Informed by years of life drawing, her designs are intuitively conceived, drawing inspiration from iconic sculptors like Giacometti.
